Hey Caitlin, I watched your video going through your methods/strategies 3 times now. I like how insightful it was without feeling like a lecture. Doesn’t feel like every other “cookie cutter” program that I’ve seen from popular social media fitness/health influencers either. Usually after 5 minutes of them talking, the next step is buying a program that is very generalized and unrealistic to most people- Basically information you can get from a simple google search that was copy and pasted.
