Nutrition Service Package Details:

Bi-weekly sessions

4 sessions (3.25 hrs total):

​One (1) 60-minute initial session

Three (3) 45-minute follow-up sessions

Conducted via online video calls and through a client portal via Healthie.

Between-session chat for support and accountability via the Healthie app (free to download).

Together, we will first assess where you are currently at compared to where you want to be and then collaborate on making a plan using a non-diet approach! In follow-up sessions, we will monitor progress and adapt as needed for you to see the results you desire while having the accountability you need. ​​​

A: I do not accept insurance.​ I may be able to offer you a superbill for potential reimbursement by your insurance company depending on your needs/services provided; However, it is your responsibility to submit for reimbursement to your insurance plan and to determine whether your health insurance will cover your nutrition and wellness services.
